Knoxville, TN (WOKI / WVLT) -A 21-year-old Knoxville man is facing multiple charges following a road rage shooting Monday afternoon in South Knoxville.
Knoxville Police say Keyone Berry was arrested after allegedly firing multiple shots at another vehicle following a crash on Woodlawn Pike around 12:15 p.m. on June 22, 2026.
According to investigators, a 76-year-old man and a 68-year-old woman were traveling south when their vehicle was involved in a collision with a black pickup truck driven by Berry. After the crash, police say Berry followed the victims onto Moody Avenue, pulled alongside their vehicle and fired multiple rounds, striking it at least twice.
Authorities say one of the victims, who was armed, fired a shot before Berry fled the scene. No injuries were reported.
Berry was later located in South Knoxville and taken into custody. Investigators learned a passenger and two children were inside Berry’s vehicle during the shooting.
Berry is now charged with aggravated assault and two counts of child endangerment. Police say he was out on bond at the time for prior aggravated robbery and aggravated assault charges.
The investigation remains ongoing.
