Randy Sutton to Newsmax: National Police Week ‘Emotional’ for Me

Randy Sutton, the founder of Wounded Blue, a nonprofit for injured and disabled police officers, got emotional during his appearance on Newsmax, reflecting on a “little girl” he met at the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial who lost her father in the line of duty.

“I’m going to recount one thing. And sometimes it gets a little emotional,” Sutton told “Saturday Report.”

“Last year, I was by the monument, and there was a great deal taking place, and I was just visualizing the officers who were literally touching, touching the names of their fallen partners or spouses, and a little girl grabbed hold of my leg and started crying.
