KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (Story courtesy of WVLT) – The now-former regional director of Perfect Game for Knoxville and youth baseball coach has been charged with soliciting sex from a minor.
According to court records obtained by WVLT News, 44-year-old Christopher Goodrich went to a hotel on Papermill Drive that was conducting a human trafficking operation on April 21.
During the operation, Goodrich allegedly went to the hotel and met with two undercover agents, including one who was posing as a 14-year-old juvenile, engaging in the sale of commercial sex. He reportedly agreed to pay $200 for the acts.
Goodrich was charged with prostitution and solicitation of a minor – patronizing a prostitution victim under the age of 15.
A report on Perfect Game’s website said Goodrich was a youth baseball coach for the Tennessee Nationals and was named the organization’s regional director in Knoxville in June 2025.
Perfect Game describes itself as the world’s largest youth baseball and softball platform and scouting service.
