Knoxville, TN (WOKI) – A man is arrested and facing multiple charges after making a false bomb threat at a Knoxville Kroger.
Knoxville Police received the call yesterday (Tues) afternoon that 30 year-old Mark Langley was acting erratically and said that a bomb was placed in the Kroger at 5201 N. Broadway.
Kroger management opted to evacuate the store until officers could clear the scene.
Nothing suspicious was found and the store resumed normal operations.
Officers found Langley near the Fountain City Duck Pond and he was taken into custody on charges that include making a false bomb threat report, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
