Non-Custodial Mother of Two of the Three Children Found at the Center of a TBI Endangered Child Alert, Tiara Shelton has Turned Herself In

Update: The non-custodial mother of two of the three children at the center of a TBI Endangered Child Alert, Tiara Shelton has turned herself into Knoxville Police.

4 year-old Josh Hollins and 20 month old Jaisy Hollins were found Saturday effectively canceling the alert but detectives are still searching for her 17 year-old son Raymond.

Two of the three children at the center of a TBI Endangered Child Alert are found but the non-custodial mother and another child have not been located.
