Officials are still searching Fort Dickerson Quarry for a man who is presumed to have drowned. Rescue crews were called to the quarry around 6:30 Sunday night. Knoxville Murder Suspect Arrested in Detroit

The suspect wanted in a deadly shooting in Knoxville was arrested in Michigan. 24-year-old Vondre Lamar Allen was arrested in Detroit. KPD responded to a shooting on Oak Hill Avenue Tuesday night. Man Accused of Trying to Kidnap Infant

Bystanders stepped up and a Knoxville man is now facing Attempted Kidnapping charges. Officials say the man was trying to take a two-week-old infant from her mother outside of Fort Sanders Hospital Thursday afternoon.
