KFD Responds to House Fire on Creek Head Drive

Knoxville, TN (WOKI) An investigation is underway and animals are safe following a house fire in northeast Knoxville Friday morning.

Crews called to the 6300 block of Creekhead Drive and saw dark smoke in the area and were able to contain the fire to the rear garage area.

There is extensive fire/smoke/and water damage to the garage but minimal damage to the home.

No one was at home at the time, but four dogs and two cats were all rescued without injury.
