Two People are Arrested in Jefferson County in Connection to the Death of a Two-Month Old

Two people are arrested after a baby’s death in Jefferson County.

Nick Lay and Chelsea Marsh are charged with Aggravated Child Neglect and Abuse along with drug charges in the death of a two-month-old boy.

Firefighters responding to a home on Lowery Loop Road last (Monday) night where they found the baby not breathing. He was later was pronounced dead at the hospital.

An autopsy will be performed.
