Knoxville, TN (WOKI / WVLT) – Knoxville Police say a man is facing child endangerment and child abuse charges after his 3-year-old son is found running alone and unclothed through an apartment parking lot.
Officers say the child was found in the parking lot at North Park Apartments on Tillery Road in North Knoxville.
When officers arrived, they found the boy’s apartment door wide open and the home in unsanitary conditions.
Fidele Athuman was arrested and charged with child endangerment and child abuse.
