UPDATE: 5/5/26 – KCSO says Ms. Brown has been located and is safe.
Knoxville, TN (WOKI) — The Knox County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 82-year-old woman.
Maddie Brown was reported missing from the Golden View area of West Knoxville. She may have a medical condition that could inhibit her ability to return home safely.
Ms. Brown was last seen wearing blue pajamas, no shoes, and carrying a blue blanket and a black jacket.
Anyone who sees Ms. Brown or has information regarding her whereabouts is urged to call 911 immediately or contact the Knox County Sheriff’s Office at (865) 215-2243.
