Knoxville, TN (WOKI) – Knoxville Police arrest and charge a woman with second-degree murder in connection to a December 2024 overdose death.
26 year-old Shiane Haynes was being investigated by the KPD Organized Crime Unit and Drug-Related Death Task Force into the overdose death of a 40-year-old woman at a hotel on Cedar Bluff Road.
The investigation revealed that Haynes supplied the fentanyl that resulted in the victim’s death.
