A TBI Endangered Child Alert has been issued on behalf of the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office for 16 year-old Kevin James Hood.
He was last seen yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon at his home on Thorn Grove Pike in Strawberry Plains.
He was last seen wearing black gym shorts and a gray t-shirt. He currently has a knee brace on his right leg and is using crutches.
