Knoxville, TN (WOKI) A more than 100-year-old home suffers damage but remains standing after an early morning fire Tuesday in northeast Knox County.
Rural Metro Fire officials say crews responded just before 5:30 a.m. to a house fire in the 4800 block of Anderson Road finding the home in flames.
Rural Metro says crews, including those with the Knoxville Fire Department, managed to save the building, but it did sustain damage.
Fire officials report that all the occupants were outside when firefighters arrived. They say the home was built in 1895.
