Knoxville, TN (WOKI) Detectives with the Knoxville Police Department are renewing their call for information in the apparent targeted December 2023 murder of an area plumber.

KPD says, to date, no suspects have been arrested or charged in connection to the murder of 51-year-old Chris Hill.

KPD officers were dispatched late afternoon on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 to 218 E. Depot Avenue, where Hill had been shot multiple times and was found lying unresponsive next to a box truck; he died at the scene.

Detectives believe the driver of a stolen gray Toyota 4Runner was tracking Hill during his workday and shot him as he exited his truck at the Depot Avenue location.
