KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WOKI / WVLT) — The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly crash on State Route 129, also known as the Dragon.
According to THP, the crash occurred early Thursday morning. Officials have not released many details as the investigation is still in its early stages.
Preliminary reports are typically released after crashes, but as of now, troopers have not shared additional information about the number of vehicles involved or the circumstances leading up to the crash.
