GRAINGER COUNTY, Tenn. (WOKI / WVLT) – A Grainger County man has been indicted following a Tennessee Bureau of Investigation probe into allegations of sexual misconduct involving a caregiver.
According to the TBI, agents launched an investigation in February at the request of Fourth Judicial District Attorney General Jimmy Dunn.
Investigators allege that Glenn Noe, 82, inappropriately touched a caregiver working at his residence on four separate occasions between September 2025 and February 2026.
The Grainger County Grand Jury returned indictments in April charging Noe with three counts of sexual battery and one count of assault.
Authorities said Noe was taken into custody and booked into the Grainger County Jail. He is being held on a $10,000 bond.
The TBI noted that the charges are allegations only. Noe is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
