Pigeon Forge, TN (WOKI / WVLT) – One man is dead after a gun is fired in the parking lot of Dolly Parton’s Stampede.
Pigeon Forge Police received the call Saturday night that there was a gunshot in the parking lot of The Stampede. When officers arrived, they found two men inside a vehicle. One of the men told officers he had a handgun, when it discharged, striking the other man.
The victim was taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The shooting remains under active investigation.
