Anderson County, TN (WOKI / WVLT) – An investigation is underway after a motorcyclist dies in an Anderson County crash.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol says the crash happened on State Highway 116 near the 7000 block of New River Highway on Sunday.
THP’s preliminary report says 25-year-old John Pomery III left the highway and hit a downed tree. He was wearing a helmet at the time.
No one else was hurt in the crash.
