Knox County, TN (WOKI/WVLT) – A man who hid a video camera in the ceiling of the women’s restroom at the Cove at Concord Park will serve a decade in prison without the possibility of parole.
The Knox County District Attorney’s Office says 34 year-old Tony Strand, 34 pleaded guilty to three counts of especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, burglary and observation without consent.
The Knox County Sheriff’s Office received a call from a concerned citizen reporting the camera in April of last year.
In addition to his prison sentence, Strand will be placed on the Tennessee Sex Offender Registry.
