KAT Offering Free Rides on Election Day

Knoxville, TN (WOKI) – Knoxville Area Transit and the City of Knoxville are offering free rides on Election Day.

Tomorrow (Tues), KAT will offer all transit rides, including Life paratransit, will be fare-free.
