PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. (Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2025) — Sevier County residents have an opportunity to help their neighbors while also enjoying the festive environment of the nation’s #1 theme park Christmas event. Dollywood hosts Sevier County Days each operating day Nov. 1-9, allowing anyone who lives or works in the county to visit the park’s Smoky Mountain Christmas presented by Humana for a $5 donation to benefit Sevier County non-profits.
“Dollywood is such a special place because of the community in which we are located,” said Carol Agee, Dollywood Community Affairs and Philanthropy Manager. “The people of our region provide the heartbeat of the Smokies, and they are the ones who create the welcoming environment our guests love so much when they visit. Because of this, it is important for us to support our community, and one way we are able to do that is through our partnerships with non-profits here in Sevier County.
“We know that as Christmas approaches, the demand for services from our non-profits increases. Sevier County Days is one way we can partner with them to help provide what they need during this critical time of the year. It is important for us all to assist, and as always, we encourage families in difficult situations to visit Sevier County non-profits for the assistance they may need.”
To take part in Sevier County Days, Sevier County residents must present a state- or federally issued photo identification with a valid Sevier County zip code at any designated Dollywood ticket booth. Those who work in Sevier County but are not residents must present proof of employment as well as a state- or federally issued photo identification matching the paycheck stub. Full details and eligible zip codes also are available by visiting Dollywood.com/SevierCountyDays.
Since the beginning of Sevier County Days in 2008, Dollywood Parks & Resorts has provided nearly $1.8 million dollars to numerous Sevier County non-profits, including Sevier County Food Ministries, Safe Harbor Child Advocacy Center, Safe Space, Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic, Smoky Mountain Area Rescue Ministries, and many others. In addition to monetary support, The Dollywood Company encourages passionate volunteers to reach out to their local non-profits to provide support where needed.
As a bonus for making the donation, the Sevier County Days ticket receives full upgrade value toward the purchase of a 2026 season pass. Season passes purchased during Smoky Mountain Christmas can be used for this year’s festival and the entire 2026 season.
