Harriman, TN (WOKI) A Harriman city councilman and his firefighter son are indicted Tuesday in the shooting death of 18-year-old Holden Howse.
The Roane County Sheriff’s Office arrested Harriman City Councilman Brian Frost and his son, Firefighter Bradley Frost following their indictments Tuesday on numerous charges connected to the August 30 incident at the Harriman Mr. Clean Detail Shop.
Officials with District Attorney General Russell Johnson’s office say Howse was among several teenagers partying, to include drugs and alcohol, at the shop owned by Brian Frost when things escalated and Howse was shot and killed.
According to the DA’s office, Brian Frost faces charges of tampering with evidence, coercion of a witness and a single count of official misconduct. His son, Bradley, was indicted on 14 counts of furnishing alcohol to minors, four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and one count of possession of a firearm while under the influence.
Officials add that another person — Tony Williams — was also indicted for accessory after the fact; he is accused of driving a “getaway car” after the shooting.
Williams was taken into custody Tuesday by the Harriman Police Department.
