Greeneville police arrested a man after a child brought a chocolate bar containing Delta-8 THC to school, police say.

Greeneville Man Arrested after Child Takes THC-Infused Candy to School, Eats it with Other Children

Greeneville, TN (WOKI) A Greeneville man is arrested after his child takes THC-infused candy to school and eats it with other children.

Officials with the Greeneville Police Department say Lenin Figuero placed a chocolate bar containing Delta-8 THC in a cabinet of his house. The child got into the cabinet and took the candy bar to school.

Police say once at school, the child ate the candy bar with several other children.

Figuero was charged with child abuse and neglect.
