ALCOA, Tenn. (Story courtesy of WVLT) – Two motorcycle riders were transported to University of Tennessee Hospital after a crash on Pellissippi Parkway.
Officials with the Alcoa Police Department said the crash happened between Topside Road and Alcoa Highway Eastbound at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday. When officers arrived, they found an SUV crashed into the back of a motorcycle.
The Alcoa Police Department’s Crash Reconstruction Team responded to the scene due to the injuries. The driver of the SUV was issued a city citation for no proof of insurance police said.
