MORGAN COUNTY, Tenn. (Story courtesy of WVLT) – A 7-year-old is dead after an incident in Morgan County.
Christopher Eugene Hawkins, 40, has been charged with vehicular homicide, driving under the influence, aggravated assault, and implied consent, according to a THP report.
District Attorney Russell Johnson said Hawkins is being held on a $1 million dollar bond.
The THP report said Hawkins was driving when he hit the child in a driveway.
