Scott County, TN (WOKI) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has identified the Scott County shooting victim.
24 year-old Xavier Burum was found shot Monday at a home off Stanley Creek Road in Oneida.
He was hospitalized and later pronounced dead. The TBI investigation is ongoing with no word on any possible suspects.
