HAWKINS COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) – A man’s death in Hawkins County has been ruled “suspicious,” and an investigation is underway.
According to the Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office, deputies began looking into 55-year-old Claude Taylor’s death after responding to a home on Ridge Road in Bulls Gap.
“The death is considered suspicious, and the family has been notified,” a sheriff’s office representative said. “The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has been requested to assist with the investigation, which remains ongoing.”
No suspects have been identified yet, according to the sheriff’s office. There’s no danger to the public, sheriff’s office personnel added.
