HAMBLEN COUNTY, Tenn. (Story courtesy of WVLT) – An East Tennessee man who was wanted in Hamblen County was taken into custody in Los Angeles, California on Monday.
According to the Hamblen County Sheriff’s Office, 59-year-old Randall Turner was reported missing out of Grainger County after he was last seen on Feb. 27 in the Thorn Hill community.

The Grainger County Sheriff’s Office said Turner was wanted in Hamblen County for failure to appear in connection to sex crime charges, which led to warrants being issued for his arrest.
HCSO said Turner is awaiting a signature of extradition so he can be brought back to Hamblen County to face charges.
