Knox County, TN (WOKI) – Knox County Schools will host the 25th KCS Food Show on Thursday, Feb. 12.
The annual event allows food vendors from across the country to highlight new offerings, with district students voting on their favorites. Popular items are then considered for school cafeteria menus in the 2026-27 school year.
This year’s event – with the theme of “Try-Day Thursday” – is expected to include approximately 600 students from across Knox County, with approximately 300 food samples from more than 60 companies.
