Knoxville, TN (WOKI / WVLT) – A Knoxville man is facing an attempted first-degree murder charge after shooting at a car in North Knox County.
It happened on Dry Gap Road near Cunningham Road Saturday. The Knox County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call that someone had been shot at and the suspect vehicle fled west bound on E. Beaver Creek Road before officers arrived.
The victim told officers he didn’t recognize the car but officers were able to track it down using security camera footage.
Monday, Charles Debusk was taken into custody. His bond is set at one million dollars.
