Knox County, TN (WOKI / WVLT) – A man is charged after stabbing a man at an apartment on Ebenezer Road in Knoxville.
It happened December 4th, the victim told officers that he had been stabbed by Jeremy Kilpatrick. The victim and Kilpatrick had gotten into a fight over a woman at the apartment and Kilpatrick stabbed the man in the neck.
The victim says he heard Jeremy say that he wanted to kill him and was going to go after the woman next.
Kilpatrick ended up leaving the apartment, the woman called police and he was later taken into custody and charged with attempted second degree murder.
He was also charged with theft for taking a car from the apartment.
