Knox County, TN (WOKI / WVLT) – A follow-up investigation of forensic evidence from the prior arrest of Cody Nathaniel Kesterson for Child Sexual Exploitation results in additional charges including aggravated rape of a child.
Investigators discovered a video that revealed a sexual encounter with Kesterson and his girlfriend Kimberly Faulkner that also involved a 2 year old toddler.
23 year-old Leah Stark has been charged with two counts of being in Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material. Her bond is set at $200,000.
Kimberly Faulkner has been charged with Aggravated Rape of a Child and Especially Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. Her bond has been set at $200,000.
