Knox County, TN (WOKI / WVLT) – The Knox County Sheriff’s Office has identified the victim in a fatal crash.
Rural Metro Fire called to the 7600 block of Neubert Springs Road in South Knox County November 26th.
There, KCSO says 37-year-old Joshua Hogan was pronounced dead at the scene, two other people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
KCSO’s investigation found that Hogan’s SUV had lost control and crossed center line of the roadway.
