KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (Story courtesy of WVLT) – The Knox County Sheriff’s Office said a man is facing a slew of charges after drugs and more than $25,000 were found in a home Tuesday morning.
According to KCSO, its narcotics unit executed a search warrant at a home in the 2400 block of Linden Avenue early Tuesday morning. There, deputies took 34-year-old Thomas Fletcher into custody after finding the following:
- More than 750 grams of cocaine
- Over an ounce of fentanyl
- Several pounds of marijuana
- Multiple types of opioid pills
- $25,000 in cash from “drug proceedings”
- A handgun
Fletcher was charged with the following:
- Possession with intent to distribute cocaine
- Possession with intent to distribute fentanyl
- Possession with intent to distribute marijuana
- Possession of a firearm by a violent felon
- Possession of ammunition by a violent felon
- Possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent felony
He is set to appear in court for a bond hearing on Thursday.
