Madisonville, TN (WOKI / WVLT) – Madisonville Police say a man is facing multiple charges after a shoplifting investigation led to a drug bust.
Officers responded to a shoplifting call Friday afternoon which led to a significant drug bust where Officers seized more than 35 grams of suspected methamphetamine, six grams of fentanyl, suspected Xanax and nearly $2,000 in cash.
57-year-old David Beasley was taken into custody. He is facing several charges, including multiple drug charges, shoplifting and introduction of narcotics into a penal facility.
