Scott Co, TN (WOKI / WVLT) – There’s an investigation underway by the Tennessee Highway Patrol after a woman is killed in a crash in Scott County.
67-year-old Linda Sue Terry was driving on State Route 63 Monday night and another car driven by 76-year-old Daniel Byrd was trying to turn left onto the state route from Jeffers Road.
Terry’s car did not have headlights on and Byrd pulled into her path causing her to hit him.
Terry died in the crash. Her passenger and Byrd were both injured. At this time, no charges are pending.
