KNOXVILLE, TN (WOKI) – Knoxville Police officers are working a multi-vehicle crash on Locust Street at Cumberland Avenue.
A vehicle driving the wrong way on Locust clipped a KAT bus and struck another vehicle head-on.
Only minor injuries have been reported in the crash. Charges are pending on the wrong-way driver, who initially ran from the scene before being captured by nearby officers.
