Knoxville, TN (WOKI) – Join the holiday fun at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital events during Thanksgiving
week.
East Tennessee Children’s Hospital Fantasy of Trees: This year marks the 41st anniversary of the event, which will be held Wednesday, November 26th through Sunday,
November 30th at the Knoxville Convention Center. Visitors will be delighted by designer trees, the gingerbread village, boutique shops and thousands of twinkling lights at East Tennessee
Children’s Hospital Fantasy of Trees presented by Axle Logistics. Ticket prices start at $5 for children.
Gala Among the Trees: Before Fantasy of Trees begins, wear your holiday best and enjoy an evening at Gala Among the Trees presented by TennesSEED Erosion Control. Guests
can stroll through the trees and view thousands of lights as they enjoy gourmet food and drinks and a special live performance from Smooth Sailor. During the evening, guests will also be able
to purchase trees and other festive items at Fantasy of Trees. This event will be held at the Knoxville Convention Center on Tuesday, November 25th at 7 PM. Tickets are $150.
Raffle Trees: Purchase a raffle ticket to be in the running to win huge prize packages from The Home Depot or Walmart during Fantasy of Trees. Raffle tickets can be purchased
online now at http://fantasyoftrees.org. Beginning Wednesday, November 26th, raffle tickets can be purchased in person at Fantasy of Trees until 5 PM on Sunday, November 30th. Tickets are $5.
Use of Funds: All funds raised at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital Fantasy of Trees and Gala Among the Trees will support the expansion and renovation of the Hogs for the Cause Hematology/Oncology Center. This new space will provide additional room and offerings for the patients and families routinely visiting for treatment. Each month, the hospital’s Hem/Onc clinic
has 45 new patient visits and over 450 appointments.
