Sevierville, TN (WOKI / WVLT) – The Sevierville Fire Department is offering free smoke and carbon monoxide alarms for some Sevierville residents.
SFD says fire department staff will be installing the alarms in homes of qualified residents while supplies last. The alarms are wireless with a 10-year lithium ion battery and interconnecting capabilities.
This program is being funded by a Consumer Product Safety Commission grant and is designed to support low-income families across the city.
