Just days after announcing the Vols looked at Tony Vitello’s right hand man, the University of Tennessee released Josh Elander’s initial contract.
The deal is for roughly four years, lasting until June 30, 2030, with two pots of earning money.
Elander’s contracts calls for a base compensation of $500,000 and a supplemental compensation of $500,000, resulting in Elander’s pay sitting at $1 million a year.
In addition to his base and supplemental pay, Elander can earn incentives broken down by achievement.
