Hamblen County, TN (WOKI / WVLT) – An investigation is underway after two people are found dead in an East Hamblen County home.
The Hamblen County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to the home and found a man and woman shot and unresponsive. A gun was nearby on the floor nearby.
Deputies secured the scene and detectives with the Criminal Investigations Division were called to conduct the investigation.
