According to a police report, the crash occurred around 4:30 Thursday afternoon, on Andrew Johnson Highway near Pruitt Road.

One Dead in Greeneville Crash, Police Report Says

Greeneville, TN (WOKI) A man is dead after a crash on Andrew Johnson Highway in Greeneville.

According to a police report, the crash occurred around 4:30 Thursday afternoon near Pruitt Road.

The report indicates that the driver of a Ford Mustang, Blake McClellan, failed to yield while attempting to cross the highway and another driver hit him.

McClellan was pronounced dead at the scene.

The deadly crash happened around nine miles down the highway from another recent crash which killed Lisa Coffey, a well-known northeast Tennessee teacher.
