A Clinton Man is Indicted on Rape and Other Charges

An Anderson County Grand Jury has returned indictments to a Clinton man after an investigation by the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office.

“An Anderson County Grand Jury has returned indictments against Thomas Schrimpscher, age 27, on one (1) count of rape and one (1) count of Dependency and Neglect,” said Attorney General Dave Clark in a news release.

Schrimpscher is on a $150,000 bond and he has been booked into the Anderson County Detention Facility. His arraignment is set for Oct. 27 of this year.
