Harriman, TN (WOKI) Harriman City Councilman Brian Frost and his son, Firefighter Bradley Frost, no longer hold their city positions.
The update coming Wednesday from Harriman city officials after the two were charged in connection to the shooting death of 18-year-old Holden Howse, who investigators say was shot at a party at the Frost-owned Mr. Clean detail shop in August.
City officials say they suspended Bradley Frost as soon as the grand jury indicted the firefighter, without pay. He subsequently resigned from his position Wednesday. Officials add that Councilman Frost also resigned.
“This is a challenging moment for our city’s family, but Harriman has always been a community built on strength, resilience and faith,” Mayor Wayne Best said. “We will continue to move forward with transparency and a steadfast commitment to the people we serve.”
Tuesday, Harriman’s city council also addressed the indictments, saying no city operations had been affected.
