Jefferson City, TN (WOKI) The Tennessee Highway Patrol reports a man was killed in a crash Wednesday on I-40 in Jefferson County that went unreported for “an undetermined amount of time.”
Officials with THP say that a KIA, driven by 55-year-old Gary Sorah, left the interstate near the I-81 interchange hitting a guardrail.
The SUV then began to spin before striking a TDOT road sign and entering the wood line and rolling over onto the passenger side.
THP says that the crash was noticed by a passerby after an undetermined amount of time.
Sorah was killed in the crash. No other vehicles were involved and no other injuries were reported.
