They may not be competing on the field this
Saturday but MEDIC Regional Blood and LifeSouth Community Blood Bank are still competing to see which Center can get the most blood donations.
The competition is going on this week and Day one totals have Medic and the Vols up 359 units to LifeSouth’s 274.
The Vols and the Gators don’t hit the field until November, but the annual competition between
MEDIC and LifeSouth is happening though Friday.
Those who donate blood, platelets or ALYX also have the chance to grab a special t-shirt and coupons for Papa John’s, Salsarita’s, Texas Roadhouse and Denton’s.
