Sevierville, TN (WOKI) A suspect is in custody following a stabbing incident Thursday morning at the Helen Ross McNabb Center in Sevierville.
Sevierville Police Department officials say emergency personnel responded around 10:30 a.m. to the report of a stabbing at the center on Oak Cluster Drive.
SPD says officers arrived on scene to find a victim in the parking lot. That person was taken to LeConte Medical Center for treatment of what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
The suspect, 52-year old Donna Webb, fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival but was later apprehended in Cocke County.
She is facing a charge of aggravated assault.
