The Old Mill bridge in Pigeon Forge has reopened after being closed for repairs and renovations since January.
The bridge, located near stoplight #7, reopened to both vehicle and foot traffic on yesterday (Wednesday) after being closed for more than five months.
The project was initially expected to be completed in early April but faced delays due to weather and additional work requiring more steel and concrete.
Pigeon Forge city officials thanking everyone for their patience as crews worked around the clock to complete the necessary improvements to the bridge.
