Call it the Rodney Garner effect, West wants to be coached by the best and recognizes the opportunity to earn early playing time at Tennessee. He’s overpowering at the high school level and will need to work on his mechanics and bend, but he’s a guy who will help Tennessee in 2022 and beyond.
