Knoxville Police say Victim from Fatal Shooting had Outstanding Warrants Out of Knox County

Knoxville Police have identified the victim from a fatal shooting.

46 year old Eric Bolden was shot in the 400 block of S. Hembree Street on Monday. At the time of his death, Bolden was wanted on an outstanding warrant out of Knox County for second-degree murder in the shooting death of Lemuel Appling in October 2020 in the 2900 block of Hillside Avenue. There are no suspects in custody and the investigation remains ongoing at this time. Anyone with information is asked to call authorities.
